10:00AM PREP - Competitors begin burger prep (Judges welcome to come only)
12:00PM MEET & GREET - Event Opens to public, registration and submission of dishes
1:00 PM GRILLING - Competitors begin to grill burgers
2:00 PM RATE MY BEEF - Judges rate burgers
2:45 PM SIDE DISH - Judges rate side dishes
3:15 PM DESSERT - Judges rate desserts
4:00 PM VERDICT - Final decision announce for all competitions (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place)
4:30 PM PARTAY - Let the party continue w/DJ Pauly Paul
6:00 PM GOODBYE - Event Ends

TO COMPETE:
Burger Throwdown Competition (Homemade Chefs Members only)
- Must be Homemade Chef group members (Join FREE here)
- Must submit recipe to Vanessa Montes at nessy@chefgeorgecatering.com by Sun., May 16, 2010
- Contestants will be announced the following Tuesday
- Our sponsors will cover cost of ingredients, you just need submit recipe, prepare & grill them!

Side Dish Competition (Open to All)
- This competition is open to the public and Homemade Chefs members.
- Side dish examples: Macaroni & Cheese, Potato Salad, Chili, Baked Beans, etc...
- Minimum portion: 6 servings
- Label dish with your full name. Bring day of event. Turn in at registration.
Scrumptious Dessert Competition (Open to All)
- This competition is open to the public and Homemade Chefs members.
- Dessert examples: Brownies, cakes, cookies, flan, cupcakes, chocolates, etc...
- Minimum portion: 6 servings
- Label dish with your full name. Bring day of event. Turn in at registration.
